Foster Denovo Limited is a multi-award winning national firm of financial advisers

Part of the Foster Denovo Group, we provide specialist financial advice to individuals and families, corporate clients and charities.

Established in 2005 our plan was to create an upscale financial advice business that would break new ground with the calibre of its advisers and the quality of its operations.  We saw CPUK (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Tenet Group) as a suitable platform on which to build this type of business.  Following a Management Buyout in 2007, Foster Denovo was directly regulated by the Financial Services Authority (now the Financial Conduct Authority) and has grown in strength, continuing to build on its capital base each year.

We operate a strong partnership culture and are owned by the people who work in the business and as a consequence, we are not answerable to any corporate shareholders. We are led by an experienced and strong leadership team who are committed to making Foster Denovo a nurturing and dynamic place of work, with the interests of our clients at the heart of all that we do.

With more than 70 Partners supported by 165 employees in 8 UK Foster Denovo offices, we have the scale and resource to provide exceptional advice and service to our clients, Partners and employees.

As well as our core business of providing individuals and their families with financial planning advice and guidance, Foster Denovo Limited also has its own employee benefits brand, Secondsight, which specialises in the recommendation, administration and communication of employee benefits and pensions to corporate clients.

Our more recognisable clients include Oracle, ING Direct, the Institute of Civil Engineers, the Royal Automobile Club, Payzone, Nelsons, Wasabi and Valiant Petroleum.

The Sequel Funds offer a target return strategy of ‘cash plus’ which gives clients a precise investment goal - to beat the value of cash in a bank over the medium to long term

The parties involved in the Sequel Funds have considerable combined experience in investment management based on years of understanding clients’ requirements. Sarasin & Partners LLP is the Investment Manager, Host Capital Limited is the Authorised Corporate Director (ACD), Citigroup International PLC is the Depositary and Citibank N.A. is the Custodian. As the Custodian, Citigroup N.A. is responsible for safeguarding the clients’ investment. Citigroup N.A. is part of Citigroup, a leading global bank.
