Flexible Working Opportunity for IAAF Athlete

Sally Read-Cayton is a remarkable lady. At the age of 50, she has three children, lives in Reigate in Surrey and works as a full-time job working as a financial adviser with Foster Denovo.

However, this Saturday, Sally will be doing something even more remarkable – thanks to sponsorship from her employer, Sally will be representing Great Britain in the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) World Championships in her event.

Sally was the only Brit to qualify for the IAAF World Championships in the first event of its kind, a race for women aged 50+ 400m. Sally achieved this by recording one of the top 10 times for the 400m of all  women aged 50+ throughout the world.

Sally credits her ability to continue to compete to great support from her family and her employer.
