Foster Denovo recognised as an Investor in People

Foster Denovo, the national firm of financial advisers, has been awarded silver accreditation against the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating their commitment to high performance through good people management.

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Investors in People enables organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale.

Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Foster Denovo, Investors in People accreditation is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to success. Foster Denovo should be extremely proud of their achievement.”

Foster Denovo was previously accredited with Investors in People Bronze in March 2015. Investors in People has since unveiled a new version of its standard, the 6th Generation standard, updated to place new emphasis on employee involvement and on maximising potential.

Commenting on the award Roger Brosch, CEO of Foster Denovo, said: “We are delighted to have achieved the Investors in People Standard at silver level! This is a remarkable achievement particularly as this is the first time we have been assessed against the Investors in People new criteria. It is also brilliant that IIP commented that we show a continued commitment in making sure our people are at the heart of what we do.”
