Project Manager

Based in our London or Weybridge office with frequent travel in between both offices, you will be working within the corporate client projects team and will be reporting to the project team manager. Here you will lead on projects, be the main point of contact for each project and will be responsible for the success of each project.

Your duties will include: managing the onboarding of new clients, introducing new services to existing clients and maintaining good communication with key stakeholders of each project.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to disseminate complex information in a concise and clear manner with the ability to multi-task and manage a number of projects simultaneously. You will have project management experience with a proven track record as well as having outstanding prioritisation, organisational and communication skills. A broad understanding of financial services, including employee benefits and individual advice would be beneficial.

Client Experience & Trust Administrator

Based in our Weybridge office, you will be working within the Private Wealth team and will be reporting to the practice manager. You will be providing support and quality administration services to high net worth clients allowing our partners to focus in client relationships and developing relationships with new clients. A key role will be delivering and exceeding client expectations.

Your duties will include: preparing trust packs for partners prior to client meetings, preparing individual trust cases for submission to sales support, being the main point of contact for clients trust administration queries and obtaining information from providers on clients’ existing financial arrangements.

To be successful in this role, you will be have a positive, friendly, service-orientated person with a ‘can do’ attitude. Being an articulate communicator is vital in this role to ensure the support & delivery of correct information relevant to the needs of partners and clients.  The candidate should have previous experience working in an administrative role. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work is also required.

HR Administrator

Based in our Weybridge office, you will play an integral part in helping the busy HR team to drive forward the HR agenda across the business.

Your duties will include: assisting with the day to day operations of the HR function, administering recruitment and selection initiatives and responding to all HR queries received and escalating where appropriate.

Sales Support Administrator – Bromley

Based in our Bromley office reporting directly to the Sales Support Team Leader, you will provide a quality administration and support service to Partners and Dedicated Support staff.

You will assist with the maintenance of company record-keeping systems by liaising with central departments and product providers. The role also involves taking incoming telephone calls to the office and ensuring that the postal service to and from the office is maintained.

You will be a positive, friendly service orientated team player, who is aware of the important role played by advisers and their staff in providing financial advice. You’ll be hard working and responsive to the need to deliver a high quality support service.

Sales Support Administrator – Weybridge

You will provide a high quality and efficient administration and support service to the Advisers and staff, to ensure that they receive a consistently good service.

You’ll report directly to the Sales Support Team Leader and liaise with central departments and product providers and assist with maintenance of company records. You will compliance check and process all new business in accordance with company procedures.

You will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, work to tight deadlines and stay focused under pressure. You’ll be a team player but also able to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.

Private Wealth Administrator

Based in Sheffield, you will help to deliver Foster Denovo’s Private Wealth proposition by providing a high quality administration and support service.

You will support the senior administrator and deal with telephone, email and written queries to provide a quality pre and post-sale service. The role involves preparing personalised client packs, obtaining information from providers on clients existing financial arrangements and inputting all client information into our back office system.

You will have an outstanding telephone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly. Your verbal and written communication skills will be excellent, and you will have the ability to handle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.

Paraplanner – Sheffield

Based within our Private Wealth team, you will support two Partners who deal with high net worth clients who require wealth management, estate planning and other financial planning.

The job role involves writing high quality, bespoke reports that are specifically tailored to the client’s requirements. You will obtain information on clients’ existing financial arrangements and conduct gap analysis. The strategy reports you produce will provide high level options addressing identified gaps in financial planning, will be clear to the client and include all relevant compliance requirements.

To succeed in this role you will be minimum level 4 qualified with previous experience of working as a Paraplanner within an IFA environment. You will have extremely high attention to detail, be highly organised and self-motivated, and be able to deal with more complex investment solutions.

Group Risk and Healthcare Executive

Working in a team of 10, you will support Partners, the Head of Group Risk and Wellness, Senior Account Executives and Advisers to manage an existing portfolio of Group Risk and Healthcare clients.

Foster Denovo intends to further develop the Group Risk and Healthcare area of the business by providing support to Partners from a centralised team. The proposition allows Partners to utilise the team to manage existing Group Risk and Healthcare schemes as well as support the development of new opportunities.

You will carry out the end to end renewal process without any supervision and occasionally attend client meetings. You will also provide support to other team members to manage the schemes for a number of key clients.

You will be a highly numerate and conscienctious individual who is keen to progress and develop in their role, with a desire to grow personally and learn new skills.

Compliance Audit Manager

Based in Weybridge, you will work as part of a broader Compliance team with shared administrative support. Occasional travel will be required to offices based in the UK.

The main areas of responsibility are:

1) The pro-active identification of risks that the business may fail to meet the standards defined or expected by the Board and FCA. This may be by any reasonable means, including but not limited to those below.
2) The delivery of an Advice Review function.
3) Provide formal oversight, manage and maintain the relationship between the firm and its chosen outsourcer of file reviews.
4) The ownership, design and delivery of a risk-based Compliance Audit programme including the management and supervision of thematic reviews.
