Employee Benefits Operations Team Administrator

Based in our Weybridge office, you will work closely supporting the Head of EB Operations and her team of EB Managers.

Sales Support Administrator

Based in our Weybridge office, you will help to deliver Foster Denovo’s Client Services Proposition by providing a high quality administration and support service to the Advisers and staff to ensure that they receive a consistently good service.

You will be reporting directly to the Sales Support Team Leader, he/she will compliance check and process all new business in accordance with company procedures and within agreed timescales.

Client Experience Executive

Based in our London office, you will have a thorough understanding of Foster Denovo’s advice processes and systems. You will follow Foster Denovo processes to deliver what clients perceive to be a personalised and high quality service.

You will provide regular updates to the Partner and Clients to ensure that the clients are kept fully updated and value the service they receive from Foster Denovo.

Based in our London office, you will be working as part of a team of 6 paraplanners to deliver a first class research and report writing service to 20 Private Client Partners, assisting them in researching and documenting advice to their clients.

You will support Partners in carrying out high quality research on a restricted and whole of market range of financial planning products, in line with Foster Denovo’s advice process and compliance framework.

Technical Client Support Coordinator

Based in our Weybridge office, you are required to manage and control the end-to-end process of the creation of a client’s Mybenefitsatwork website from build through to launch and then on an ongoing basis through to renewal.

You will be required to liaise with the Project Manager, Business Development Director, Employee Benefits Advisers, Clients Services and Group Risk Departments within the business to identify any issues and new business opportunities.

Group Risk Adviser

Based in our Weybridge office with some occasional travel, your role is to support Partners & the Head of Group Risk & Wellbeing to manage an existing portfolio of Group Risk & Healthcare clients.

You will need to be highly numerate, personable, very conscientious and extremely thorough. Most important is a strong desire to do an excellent job, to get things right first time and to have a naturally excellent customer services ethic.

Based in our Weybridge office, you will support four Partners in the practice. The team consists of five Client Experience Executives (who deal with the administration and are the primary contact for the Partners’ clients) and three Paraplanners. The Private Wealth Team deal with High Net Worth (HNW) clients who specifically require wealth management, estate planning and other financial planning (such as business or personal protection).

Based in our Weybridge office, you will provide administration duties and support to the Private Wealth Partners and their designated Client Experience Executives when required. This will include dealing with telephone, email and written queries to provide quality service pre and post-sale and responding to any questions raised.

Based in our London office with regular travel to client premises, you will be responsible for educating and advising our clients’ individual employees according to the agreed proposition.

A key part of your role is to advise employees who have been auto-enrolled into their employer’s pension schemes and service existing members of group pension schemes so knowledge in Automatic Enrolment is beneficial.

Paraplanner – Sheffield

Based in our Sheffield office, you will be a qualified and experienced Paraplanner, based within the Private Wealth Team in Sheffield.

You will be will be required to write bespoke reports that are specifically tailored to the client’s requirements. You will have extremely high attention to detail, think outside the box and be able to deal with more complex investment solutions.
