Group Risk and Healthcare Executive

Working in a team of 10, you will support Partners, the Group Risk and Healthcare Manager and Senior Account Executives and Advisers to manage an existing portfolio of group risk and healthcare clients.

Foster Denovo intends to further develop the Group Risk and Healthcare area of the business by providing support to Partners from a centralised team. The proposition allows Partners to utilise the team to manage existing Group Risk and Healthcare schemes as well as support the development of new opportunities.

You will provide support in management of a portfolio of group risk schemes for a range of corporate clients. This includes the preparation of quote specifications, review of quotations, negotiation with insurers and preparation of review/renewal reports.

You will be a highly numerate individual who is keen to progress and develop in their role, with a desire to grow personally and learn new skills.

Group Risk and Healthcare Coordinator

Based in London,  you will provide administrative support to the Group Risk and Healthcare Adviser who manages a portfolio of PMI schemes.

This role involves assisting with the general administration of PMI benefits which includes; managing scheme membership records, assisting with PMI queries from employees/members, collating quotes from insurers and completing business submissions.

To succeed in this role you will be highly numerate, personable, very conscientious and extremely thorough. You will have a strong desire to do an excellent job and be a positive, service-orientated person with a “can do” attitude.

Paraplanner – Weybridge

You will work as part of our Private Wealth Team based in Weybridge, supporting four Partners in the practice.

The role involves writing bespoke reports that are specifically tailored to the requirements of our High Net Worth clients. You will have a high attention to detail, be able to think outside the box and be confident in dealing with more complex investment solutions.

You will also support the Partners in carrying out high quality research on a full range of financial planning products in order to produce personalised strategy reports that are clear to the client.

To succeed in this role you will be a numerate and articulate individual who is highly organised and self-motivated. You will possess excellent PC skills, proven communication skills and have the ability to influence others.

Compliance Audit Manager

Based in Weybridge, you will work as part of a broader Compliance team with shared administrative support. Occasional travel will be required to offices based in the UK.

The main areas of responsibility are:

1) The pro-active identification of risks that the business may fail to meet the standards defined or expected by the Board and FCA. This may be by any reasonable means, including but not limited to those below.
2) The delivery of an Advice Review function.
3) Provide formal oversight, manage and maintain the relationship between the firm and its chosen outsourcer of file reviews.
4) The ownership, design and delivery of a risk-based Compliance Audit programme including the management and supervision of thematic reviews.
