You will be based in the London/ Weybridge office with occasion travel to the other offices. You will be providing administrative support to the Head of Partnership Recruitment, who is responsible for the recruitment of high quality self-employed Advisers.
You will be required to work closely with other Foster Denovo departments such as Marketing, Private Client, Mortgages, Paraplanning, Compliance, Training & Development and HR.
You should be highly organised, personable, conscientious and extremely thorough. Most importantly, have a strong desire to do an excellent job, to get things right the first time and to provide an excellent candidate experience.
Healthcare Coordinator (FTC 6 – 9 months)
Based in the Weybridge office, your role is to provide administrative support to the Group Risk and Healthcare Executive who manages a portfolio of PMI schemes of varying sizes. The role will entail providing support to other team members, including the Head of Group Risk and Wellbeing.
You will need to be highly numerate, personable, very conscientious and extremely thorough. Most important is a strong desire to do an excellent job, to get things right first time and to have a naturally excellent customer services ethic.
Group Risk & Healthcare Coordinator
Based in the Weybridge office, working in a team of 10, your role is to provide administrative support to Partners, the Head of Group Risk and Wellbeing. Executives and Advisers in order to help manage an existing portfolio of group risk & healthcare clients.
You should be keen to progress and develop, with a desire to grow personally and learn new skills. Also, you should be positive, friendly and service-orientated with a can do attitude.
Client Experience Executive (Private Client)
Based in the London office, you will be working in a team of 11, to provide administrative support to Partners assisting them in the preparation and follow up of consultancy days and all they involve.
A key part of your role is to manage and deliver against, and where possible exceed, client expectations. Communication is a key part of your role to keep the clients and the Partner updated. You should have a warm and professional demeanor both on the telephone and in written form.
Your role will be varied and requires a numerate and articulate individual who is highly organised and self motivated. Attention to detail is essential as you will be working with some of our top clients in the firm and also complex financial transactions.
Compliance Review Manager
Based in our Weybridge office with occasional travel to our office in London, you will work within our compliance team, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. You will be responsible for the delivery of an Advice Review function, assessing the adequacy of remedial action completed on file review. You will also be required to provide formal oversight, manage and maintain the relationship between the firm and its chosen outsourcer of file reviews.
Other duties include: assisting with collating information for internal MI, preparing quarterly reports for senior executives on key risk areas and maintaining data, records and files of the Compliance Team.
To be successful in the role you will have a level 4 financial services qualification as well as a good knowledge of financial services advisory sales process. Knowledge of products across Pensions, Mortgages and Protection would be beneficial as well as experience of providing formal oversight of a material outsourcer.
Compliance Technical Executive
Based in our Weybridge office, you will work within our compliance team, supporting the Compliance Technical Specialist, Head of Regulatory Risk as well as Head of Audit. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and consistent records as well as investigating and processing complaints.
Other duties include: reviewing new business files presented for pre-approval thoroughly and to record results accurately. Producing and providing regular process updates and ensure maintenance of internal processes and procedures.
To be successful in the role you will have experience of working within a retail financial advisory business, experience in reviewing business files and carrying out pre/post sale file reviews. You should also have a proven track record of assessing information and investigating actual or potential anomalies. You should be committed to gaining an R04 qualification within the next 12 months of employment.
Employee Benefits Adviser
Working alongside our team of 4 EBA’s, your primary role will be to educate and provide employees, of our corporate clients’, with 121 telephone and face to face financial advice.
You will be advising employees who have been automatically enrolled into their employer’s pension scheme or existing employees who want a review of their pension contribution or funds. You will also be required to identify private client opportunities and provide personal advice (not related to the employees benefit package) and charge separately for this.
You will have excellent relationship and rapport building skills, be well organised, personable and able to use initiative. You must follow all service standards and procedures both during and post meetings, and follow Foster Denovo processes to deliver what clients perceive to be a personalised and high quality service.
Paraplanner – Sheffield
Based within our Private Wealth team, you will support two Partners who deal with high net worth clients who require wealth management, estate planning and other financial planning.
The job role involves writing high quality, bespoke reports that are specifically tailored to the client’s requirements. You will obtain information on clients’ existing financial arrangements and conduct gap analysis. The strategy reports you produce will provide high level options addressing identified gaps in financial planning, will be clear to the client and include all relevant compliance requirements.
To succeed in this role you will be minimum level 4 qualified with previous experience of working as a Paraplanner within an IFA environment. You will have extremely high attention to detail, be highly organised and self-motivated, and be able to deal with more complex investment solutions.
