Based in our London office, you will be a qualified and experienced paraplanner, working as part of a team of 6 paraplanners to deliver a first class research and report writing service to 20 Private Client Partners, assisting them in researching and documenting advice to their clients.
You will support Partners in carrying out high quality research on a restricted and whole of market range of financial planning products, in line with Foster Denovo’s advice process and compliance framework.
Audit and Compliance Review Manager
Based in either our Weybridge or London office , you will need to be able to communicate with, and forge strong relationships with, advisers and managers at all levels across the business, providing an excellent, pro-active level of service.
You will have excellent organisational skills and prioritisation skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, work to tight deadlines and stay focused under pressure.
Client Experience Executive
Based in either our Weybridge or London office , your role will be varied and requires you to be numerate, articulate, highly organised and self motivated.
You will work in a team of 11 to provide administrative support to
Partners assisting them in the preparation and follow up of consultancy days and all they involve.
Group Risk and Healthcare Adviser
Working in a team of 10, your role is to support Partners & the Head of Group Risk & Wellness to manage an existing portfolio of Group Risk & Healthcare clients.
You will need to be highly numerate, personable, very conscientious and extremely thorough. Most important is a strong desire to do an excellent job, to get things right first time and to have a naturally excellent customer services ethic.
You will support four Partners in the practice. The team consists of five Client Experience Executives (who deal with the administration and are the primary contact for the Partners clients) and three Paraplanners. The Private Wealth Team deal with High Net Worth (HNW) clients who specifically require wealth management, estate planning and other financial planning (such as business or personal protection)
You must have the ability to understand and articulate the Partners requirements, flagging any concerns where appropriate.
Client Experience Executive
Based in either our Weybridge or London office, a key part of your role is to manage and deliver against, and where possible exceed, client expectations. Communication is a key part of your role to keep the clients and the Partner updated. You will have a warm and professional demeanor both on the telephone and in written form.
Your role will be varied and requires you to be highly organised and self-motivated. Attention to detail is essential as you will be working with some of our top clients in the firm and also complex financial transactions.
