Based in our London office, you will help develop and deliver an effective recruitment strategy that delivers an outstanding service in attracting, recruiting and retaining talented individuals to meet Foster Denovo’s adviser recruitment and growth objectives.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Recruitment and will be responsible for recruiting high quality self-employed Advisers.
Based in our Sheffield office, you will support Partners in carrying out high quality research on a full range of financial planning products in line with Foster Denovo’s advice process and compliance framework and writing detailed strategy and recommendation reports resulting in specific recommendations.
You will liaise with product providers when necessary, dealing directly with the Partners’ clients and keeping abreast of new products and developments.
Based in our Sheffield office, you will support two Partners in the Sheffield practice. The team consists of a Practice Manager, a Senior Paraplanner and two Private Wealth Senior Administrators (who deal with administration and are the primary contact for the Partners’ clients).
You will be required to write bespoke reports that are specifically tailored to the client’s requirements. Extremely high attention to detail, thinking outside the box, a ‘personal touch’ and being able to deal with more complex investment solutions are therefore a prerequisite.
Client Experience Executive
Based in our Weybridge office, your role will be to help to deliver Secondsight’s Client Services Proposition by providing a high quality administration and support service to Corporate Clients and one of our Senior Employee Benefit (EB) Partners.
A key part of your role is to manage and deliver against, and where possible exceed, client expectations. Communication is a key part of your role to keep the clients and the Partner updated. You will have a warm and professional demeanor both on the telephone and in written form.
Sales Support Administrator
Based in our Newcastle office, you will be reporting directly to one of the Client Experience Executives. You will compliance check and process all new business in accordance with company procedures. You will liaise with central departments and product providers and assist with maintenance of company records.
You will provide reception cover, ensure that the postal service to and from the office is maintained to the required standards and that the office is well presented and safe at all times.
Based in our London office, you will be reporting directly to the COO. You will be responsible for providing solid PA and administrative support to ensure the CEO, COO and Finance Director’s working week is efficiently organised.
You will be required to work on a wide variety of PA duties and will be able to prioritise multiple tasks and effectively manage a varied workload.
A key part of your role is to provide extensive email and diary management and to provide administrative support to all company events.
Employee Benefits Adviser
Based in our Weybridge or London office, you will be responsible for educating and advising our clients’ individual employees according to the agreed proposition.
You will work alongside a team of 3 EBA’s and will have key internal relationships with the Client Experience teams within the London and Weybridge offices.
A key part of your role is to advise employees who have been auto-enrolled into their employer’s pension schemes and service existing members of group pension schemes so knowledge in Automatic Enrolment is beneficial.
