FD Partner competing in IAAF championships

Sally Read-Cayton will be taking a long haul flight to Beijing as she prepares to fly the flag for the UK at the IAAF World Championships

Sally Read-Cayton will be the sole Brit competing in the women’s 400m on 29 August at the event for athletes aged 50+.

Sally, who is a financial adviser at Foster Denovo, combines her work with raising three children. Her schedule involves 8–10 hours training a week.
The gruelling schedule is quite tasking, Sally admits: “It isn’t easy, and there have been many times I have considered missing a training session and having a gin and tonic instead, but the support of my family and Foster Denovo has spurred me on.”
