Companies not providing financial education

Over half (52%) of companies do not provide any financial education to their employees, according to a new HR survey from employee benefits adviser Secondsight, part of financial advisers, Foster Denovo.

The research revealed that while half (50%) of HR professionals surveyed have employees requesting financial education, two thirds (67%) receive nothing – especially in the age bracket of those approaching retirement.
