Financial education: traversing the advice gap

Finding financial advice is harder than ever. Darren Laverty outlines how employers can help to bridge the gap.

In the latest edition of Pay & Benefits, Darren Laverty, Partner at Secondsight, looks into the reasons why financial advice is more important than ever.  However, for the average person, full financial advice is increasingly hard to access.

Talking about the advice gap, Darren comments:

Workplace financial education is very different from providing financial advice. It is about increasing employees’ knowledge so that they can make their own decisions”.
