Foster Denovo in push to boost adviser revenue

Foster Denovo has launched the final stage of its adviser development programme, designed to help advisers improve their client service and increase their revenue.

Foster Denovo launched Quantum Leap Programme, a three-year course teaching advisers about aspects of financial planning, including strategic business planning, marketing, client profiling, sales positioning, and estate planning.

The programme forms the final part of a three-stage ‘adviser development journey’, designed to “help them take the journey from financial adviser to financial planner”.

It also promises advisers to “double [their] revenues” over the duration of the course.

Sales and marketing director Darren Laverty said 80% of Foster Denovo’s advisers have already signed up to the programme, which was trialled by the firm’s equity partner team over the last three years.
