Foster Denovo wins IFA of the Year

Foster Denovo won the Best Recruitment & Development Award and IFA of the Year and came runner up for Best RDR Business Transition at the Money Marketing Awards 2013.

Foster Denovo had great success at the Money Marketing Awards 2013 on 21st March. The Awards ceremony is the best opportunity of the year for all major financial services organisations to join together and celebrate the industry’s finest.

We won the Best Recruitment and Development Award and IFA of the Year and came runner up for Best RDR Business Transition, during a glitzy ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London – what an achievement! All entries were judged by a panel of 38 judges specific to the financial advisory sector.

Best Recruitment and Development Award

A key benefit of working at Foster Denovo is that we have many new recruitment requirements and our staff are always given first opportunity to apply. Wherever possible, our existing employees have moved into new & more challenging roles. This has proven to work fantastically across the business. Also, we put in place a training programme at the beginning of 2012 to support our Partners.

IFA of the Year

To win this award is a fantastic accomplishment for Foster Denovo. When FD was established in 2005 we tried to define the ideal support environment for advisers to grow their business. Then we set about building it. Our profit has increased steadily, and all signs indicate that our figures for 2012 will continue this trend. We provide genuine financial stability, a proven partnership culture, where our Partners work together and share business, and we have the most effective strategies and tools on the market to help our Partners expand their business.

FD made it into the shortlist for “IFA of the Year”, where it was up against companies such as Almary Green Investments, Ashcourt Rowan, Atkinson Bolton Consulting, Lowes Financial Management and Wingate Financial Planning.
