Client Experience Administrator – Private Client
Based in our Weybridge office, your role will be to deliver high quality administration and support to our Senior Client Experience Executives and Private Client Partners.
You will be working in a team of 10, dealing with telephone, email and written queries to provide a quality pre and post-sale service. You will have previous experience in a busy administrative role, an excellent telephone manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Client Experience Executive – Employee Benefits (Secondsight)
Based in our Weybridge office, your role will be to deliver high quality support and administration service to our clients and Partners.
You will be working within our Employee Benefits division, Secondsight. You will have previous experience in an advisory environment, knowledge of pensions, excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to work with initiative.
Client Experience Executive – Employee Benefits (Mybenefitsatwork)
Based in our Weybridge office, this role will be to manage and control a client’s employee benefit’s needs.
Working within a dynamic Employee Benefits Team your role will be specific to our digital brand, ‘Mybenefitsatwork’, ensuring a streamlined process for Employee Benefits clients, collecting relevant data and dealing with client issues quickly and efficiently.
Client Experience Co-Ordinator
Based in our Weybridge office, this role will be the provision of high quality administration to Corporate Clients and one of our Equity Partners.
Working within a small team with a busy workload, communication and organization are necessary to be able to exceed client expectations. Hard work and attention to detail will help to succeed in ensuring clients, managers and partners are well informed.
Business Quality Executive
Based in our London office, your role is to lead the supervision and support of Foster Denovo’s growth strategy.
It will involve working closely with new Partners (financial advisers) in the business, via recruitment or acquisition, to ensure that their induction, onboarding and progress through to Competent Adviser Status is progressive and developmental.
Employee Benefits Adviser
Based in our London office with regular travel to clients premises, you will be responsible for educating and advising our clients’ individual employees according to the agreed proposition.
You will work alongside a team of 5 EBA’s and will have key internal relationships with the Client Experience teams within the London and Weybridge offices.
Based in our Weybridge office, you will support four Partners in the practice. The team consists of five Client Experience Executives (who deal with the administration and are the primary contact for the Partners’ clients) and three Paraplanners. The Private Wealth Team deal with High Net Worth (HNW) clients who specifically require wealth management, estate planning and other financial planning (such as business or personal protection).
Based in our Weybridge office, you will provide administration duties and support to the Private Wealth Partners and their designated Client Experience Executives when required. This will include dealing with telephone, email and written queries to provide quality service pre and post-sale and responding to any questions raised.
Paraplanner – Sheffield
Based in our Sheffield office, you will be a qualified and experienced Paraplanner, based within the Private Wealth Team in Sheffield.
You will be will be required to write bespoke reports that are specifically tailored to the client’s requirements. You will have extremely high attention to detail, think outside the box and be able to deal with more complex investment solutions.
