Part Time Compliance and Training Administrator           (2 x positions available)

Based in our Weybridge office, you will support the functions of the Compliance and T&C Teams. You will be responsible for Compliance records, managing several email boxes, updating and maintenance of compliance function registers and training and competence procedures.

You will have previous experience of working in retail financial services and the ability to manage a variety of administration tasks to a high level in a fast paced environment.

Client Experience Administrator (Newcastle)

Based in our Newcastle office, your role will be to provide administration duties and support to the Private Client team. Duties will include, preparing client packs prior to meetings, using the back office system to ensure all tasks are recorded and obtaining information from providers on clients existing financial arrangements.

You will have experience working in a busy administrative role, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

IT Support Engineer (Weybridge)

Based in our Weybridge office, your role will be to provide support and IT infrastructure to Foster Denovo Partners/Staff/Offices. You will travel to other FD offices when necessary.

You will have at least 1 years IT experience, troubleshooting ability and knowledge/experience of various software including, Microsoft OS, Remote Desktop environments and Workstation set up. You will also have excellent communication skills and be customer service orientated.

Turnover Account Executive

Based in the Weybridge office, your role will be to support the Turnover team, ensuring duties are carried out efficiently and effectively, whilst providing a high level of service at all times. Main duties will include dealing with Partner queries, liaising with central departments and product providers and managing your own set of IO income accounts.

You will have good knowledge of Microsoft office Excel and the ability to prioritise tasks daily, whilst being under pressure. You will have the ability to listen and show understanding when handling client queries and remain composed and assertive.

Database Developer

Based in our London office, this  role is perfect for an IT student looking to gain some work experience, as you will be assisting in the Data and Systems Analyst design. You will be designing / developing the new compliance system database and the forms and business rules required.

You will have a working knowledge of SQL or relational databases, a working knowledge of Web form design and excellent attention to detail.

Paraplanning Team Leader

Based in our London office, you will be leading and developing a client focused motivated team of Paraplanners. You will be providing regular updates to Partners and managing projects, which come into Centralised Paraplanning. Working closely with Head of Private Client Services, you will be a Level 4 qualified, experienced Paraplanner, looking for the next stage in the development of your career.

Paraplanner (London)

Based in our London office, you will be working closely with other Paraplanners and the Head of Paraplanning to share ideas, best practice and help identify process improvements that can be made. You will be a qualified and experienced Paraplanner, working as part of a team, to deliver a first class research and report writing service to Private Client Partners.

Corporate Finance Manager

Based at either our Weybridge or London office, your role will be to support the Finance Director, enabling full and effective delivery of corporate finance objectives. Main duties include, liaising with stakeholders, maintaining the Group Business Planning model and Assisting with the analysis and presentation of management information.

Working closely with the Finance team and Head of Corporate development, you will be degree educated or equivalent, have experience working as a Management Accountant and have experience of retail financial services, specifically financial advice.

Purchase Ledger Assistant

Based in our Weybridge office, your role will be to  provide finance expertise and support within the FD group. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and working closely with the accounts team, you will be responsible for coding and posting of invoices and expenses, as well as involvement in the weekly pay run process.

Financial Adviser – Private Wealth

Based in our Weybridge office, your role is to be a trusted financial adviser and to help maintain and develop strong relationships with Foster Denovo’s Private Wealth clients.

This involves gaining an in-depth understanding of the client’s financial situation, their immediate needs and life goals and working with the paraplanning team to put together financial plans and advice solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

Employee Benefits Adviser

Based in our London office with regular travel to clients premises, you will be responsible for educating and advising our clients’ individual employees according to the agreed proposition.

You will work alongside a team of 5 EBA’s and will have key internal relationships with the Client Experience teams within the London and Weybridge offices.

Paraplanner

Based in our Weybridge office, you will support four Partners in the practice. The team consists of five Client Experience Executives (who deal with the administration and are the primary contact for the Partners’ clients) and three Paraplanners. The Private Wealth Team deal with High Net Worth (HNW) clients who specifically require wealth management, estate planning and other financial planning (such as business or personal protection).
