Furthermore, we have a group of colleagues from across the business who volunteer to enhance and build on the culture at Foster Denovo, called ‘The Voice’. The objectives of this group are:
- increase engagement across the business;
- act as a forum for our people;
- increase awareness, educate and raise funds for various causes; and
- promote promote inclusivity and wellbeing as part of our culture.
