Recognition from the people who matter most

Clients come first in everything we do here at Foster Denovo, and we go out of our way to make their experience with us as positive as possible. To help us stay on the right track, we regularly ask clients what they think about the support and service we provide.

When we survey clients, one of our main measures of success is our Net Promoter Score (NPS). This index determines the likelihood that clients would recommend a company, product, or service to a friend or colleague, with scores given as either a positive or negative figure.

In our most recent survey of more than 10,000 clients, our Net Promoter Score was +70.02.

For context, an NPS of +50 or more is considered excellent, while scores over +70 are ranked exceptional. So, we’re absolutely delighted with our results, which confirm that we’re giving our valued clients the very best care and consideration.
