Foster Denovo Group has posted strong financial results for 2025 as it continues to move forward on its growth strategy.

The group, parent company of financial advisers Foster Denovo, corporate advisory consultancy Secondsight, and investment management firms Sequel Investments and FD Dynamic Portfolios, demonstrated positive progress in a year which reaped the benefits of integration and organic growth, as well as an acquisition and three practice buy-outs.

Revenue increased to £49.3 million, making 2025 the ninth consecutive year of continued growth. This was delivered despite the impact of inflation and geopolitical uncertainty on equity and bond markets.

The end of 2025 marked four years since Foster Denovo began to deploy Crestline’s funding for its acquisition programme. Over this period, EBITDA has grown by £7.5 million from £1.6 million to £9.1 million.

Assets under management in the group’s Dynamic Portfolios reached £1.42 billion at the end of the year, a 41 per cent increase on 2024, continuing the trend of the last few years. When counted with Sequel Investments, it takes overall AUM to £2.2 billion for the year.

The company also gave the green light to grasp the opportunities offered by agentic AI solutions for unstructured information, by beginning work on creating a “data lake” in  partnership with fintech firm Palindrome.

Foster Denovo Chief Executive Roger Brosch said: “A solid year in which we secured the foundation for the next phase of growth, completing the integration of previous acquisitions and investing to realise the benefits AI is already delivering across our business.

“We are now well positioned to continue to move forward; bringing together organic initiatives and further acquisitions with the scale and day-to-day efficiencies digital innovation will underpin.”
