We asked our people to tell us about their background and heritage, starting with a pin on the map of the world that meant something to them.

Over the following weeks and months, a clear picture emerged. While most of our colleagues are from the UK, a good number had their roots in far distant countries.

For us it was evidence that in building a talented workforce, we reflected the market we were serving in wealth management and employee benefits. Our people closely resembled our clients.

From Myanmar to Mexico and Cyprus to South Korea, they are part of the great business we are building in the UK, a national enterprise energised by a global pedigree.
